Peridot [Stone of the sun]

Peridot has the same components as meteorites. Ancient cultures worshiped it as a stone of the sun. Peridot transforms negative energy into positive. This stone promotes courage and hope whenever needed, counteracts stress and draws beauty from within.

One of the great mystics, Hildegard von Bingen, from the Middle ages of Germany has said that “Wearing peridot advances my wisdom by wearing this stone on my heart it strengthens my knowledge”

Purifying Peridot:

Put Peridot into a glass container in sunlight for around 10 minutes, and by moonlight for as long as you want. You can also put it on white quartz (Cluster), white quartz has the strongest healing power. Peridot can be washed in water, especially from natural water sources such as springs and waterfalls.

Gemstones and crystals are continuously healing and encouraging us, therefore, it is really important to value them, especially with appreciative words which can be effective.
