You will find Meilie’s Terms and Conditions here, by completing your order from the Meilie website, you accept these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions can be changed without notice.

 

PAYMENT

-We accept Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and Bank transfer (Germany).

-The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s debit/credit card company.

 

DELIVERY

-Delivery charges:

Germany: Free delivery

Overseas: You will find the charge on your CHECKOUT page or please contact us.

-Standard Delivery times:

Germany: 3 to 4 business days

EU: 5 to 6 business days

Other countries: approximately 10 business days

-Express Delivery times:

EU: 1 to 2 business days

Other countries: approximately 3 to 4 business days

-Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

-Meilie cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed or lost in transit. If you enter the wrong address and it goes to the wrong place and the receiver of the item decides to not return it, we are not responsible for the loss of the package.

 

CANCELLING ITEMS

-Meilie will send for delivery immediately once your order is completed, therefore, if you cancel your order, you will be refunded back the original cost but without shipping fees.

 

RETURNS

-Meilie accepts returns of unwanted items within 14 days of purchase (EU) and 28 days (overseas) of the delivery confirmation date.

After this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return.

-All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Meilie reserves the right to refuse returned items when the items are worn, show obvious signs of use or not properly packaged.

– SALE items cannot be returned.

-The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, we cannot take responsible for returns that are lost in transit. The cost of return postage is your responsibility.  Once we receive the returned item, we will process the full price of your purchase. However, your original postage costs will not be refunded.

If in the rare occasion your item is faulty, you can request a free return postage.

-Returns are usually processed within 7 working days, although during busy periods this may vary.

-Depending on the payment methods, it may take a few weeks for the customer to see the refund in their account.

-All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

-Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase.

 

SALE

We understand that you might have purchased a product recently that has now been reduced in price. We cannot refund you the price difference if this occurs.
